we have failed to provide you with the product you ordered, or if there is
a defect in the product, please return the unused product in it's original
packaging to us within 30 days for a full refund.
When you return an item, contact us for instructions, and most
importantly, please indicate on the invoice the reason for the return.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or
misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit
will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
