you ship to all 50 states?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to Puerto Rico.
• How
soon after I place an order will it be shipped?
During the week, orders received before 4:00 PM ET will be shipped
the same business day. Orders received after 4:00 PM on Friday
will be shipped on Monday. If you need an item rushed to you,
please call us @ (877) 938-0901 and we will do our best to
accommodate you.
• When should I
receive my order?
It depends on the shipping method you select.
USPS Priority Mail should reach anywhere in the 50 states within
2-4 business days.
UPS Next Day Air Saver arrives the next business afternoon.
UPS Next Day Air arrives the next business morning in most places.
UPS 2nd Day Air arrives in two business days.
UPS 3 Day Select arrives in 3 business days or less.
UPS Ground usually arrives in 1-5 business days. 1-2 days for the
East Coast, West Coast orders can take up to 5 business days.

We have over 500 items in stock. Please email us and tell us the item you need and we will
get back to you with the price and if we have it in stock.

Do you have a
minimum order amount?
We keep our prices low because we keep our cost low. Our shipping
rates on the website are setup to charge a $1.00 handling fee for
orders that are under $15.00. This charge is part of the Shipping
Cost that you'll see when you checkout. There is not an additional
charge.

international orders?
We are currently only shipping within the United States and its'
territories.

• What is the purpose of a
memory chip in some Mini DV tapes?
The camera manufacturers can set up their cameras to
record virtually anything on this chip including a titles, recording
times and dates, and camera settings used. You should check
your camera user manual to see if your camera can make use the chip
and what information would be stored. The chip does not change
the quality of the recording.

Do you have adaptors so that I can play my camcorder tapes in my VHS
Deck?
There are adapters made for VHS/C tapes but we do not carry them.
If you use 8mm, Hi8 , Digital8 or MiniDV there are not adaptors for
these formats. These formats are different size and not at all
compatible with VHS so there is not an adaptor made so you can play
these tapes in your VCR.
What is the difference between
CD-R/RW and Audio CD-R/RW?
Once you've completed the recording process on a home recorder or a
PC, a disc will play either in a PC or any other CD player. In blank
form, though, PC data discs and CD-R (or CD-RW Audio) audio discs
are very different, and it's important to choose the right one. CD-R
and CD-RW discs for home recorders incorporate the Serial Copy
Management System (SCMS), a technology that gives the recording
industry a way to share royalties from copied music and to prevent
widespread digital copying (You can only make one digital copy of a
CD. Copies of copies are analog copies and not perfect replicas of
the original). You pay for SCMS in the form of higher blank disc
prices. PC data discs don't incorporate SCMS and are less expensive.
Home CD-R recorders will only record onto blank discs that
incorporate SCMS technology. Those discs are labeled "for music,"
"for audio" or "for consumer use." If you try to record a cheaper
CD-R data disc (for PCs) in a home CD recorder, you'll get an error
message indicating that the recorder won't read the disc.
